Fully featured Stadium preset featuring the Hiwatt Agoura amp model. Includes two IR’s from our Marshall 1982B 4×12 IR pack, as well as options for both single coils and humbuckers.

Awesome preset! Aside from my personal tastes, this is a nearly turn key preset for using live if you want Hiwatt tones. Signal theory also has a favorite cab block (GB 4×12) that I actually like alot better than the included IR with this preset, but that’s personal choice.
The gain staging on the preset is dialed in for live playing, more gain = more volume. This is great for live as you don’t get lost in the mix when the whole band is playing louder. If you are playing along to recorded music these volume jumps might not be needed. To compensate for this without adjusting a whole bunch of settings just add a compressor after the amp/cab blocks (on line 6 I use the opto comp at default settings, except I dial back the mix setting to 75%). Volume between the snapshots is much more normalized now.
