END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”)
Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using digital products from Signal Theory. (“Products”).
By using the products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Products.
LICENSE
Signal Theory grants you limited license to download, install and use the Products solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Products or make the Products available to any third party.
If you sell hardware that has Products installed, you may include the Products as part of the sale.
TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Signal Theory.
Signal Theory may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Signal Theory, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Products and all copies thereof from your computer and/or hardware units.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Products and delete all copies of the Products.
